A TRANSPARENT STARTING POINT
A research-derived model estimate for discussion, not a diagnosis. Enter values from a laboratory report and check each unit.
No account, upload or result storage. The calculator runs entirely in this browser.
Copy each number and its unit exactly from your laboratory report. A concentration is required for CRP; do not enter a logarithm or a result reported only as “less than”. RDW is the coefficient of variation (RDW-CV), expressed as a percentage.
Equivalent unit spellings are grouped in the menu. For white blood cells, 10⁹/L = K/µL = 10³/µL. Creatinine µmol/L and umol/L are the same unit. U/L and IU/L are grouped for alkaline phosphatase.
Missing a required test or unsure of a unit? Leave the estimate uncalculated and check the source report with a clinician.
THE CLIENT CONVERSATION
Explore how verified inputs, clinical context and your clinic’s identity can come together in one report.
A report branded for the clinic, with selected biomarkers and space for the clinician’s interpretation.
The clinician workflow is designed around verifying values and reviewing draft items before approval.
Published model inputs and explicit units keep the estimate visible for independent review.
FOR CLINIC TEAMS
The clinic workspace is in development. Existing invited users can open the private preview. New teams can prepare a pilot workflow brief below. Clinic pricing is not published yet; preparing a brief does not start a subscription.
View plans and pilot accessA ChatGPT sign-in and site access may be required. Opening the preview does not create a clinic account or activate a production service.
The free calculator uses the clinical PhenoAge equation from the PLOS Medicine 2019 correction. Version: clinical-phenoage-plos-2019-correction-v1.
The model uses nine blood biomarkers and chronological age. CRP is entered as a concentration, not a pre-computed logarithm. Values are converted to required units inside the calculator.
The initial supported input policy is ages 20–85. This is a software boundary, not a claim of clinical validation for every person in that range.
Laboratory findings need clinical context. A model estimate does not replace clinician assessment. Do not change medication or treatment based on this calculator.
Clinic report and signing workflows remain in development. All product imagery shows synthetic examples.
HELP & USE
Clear boundaries for the calculator and the development preview.
Your chronological age and all nine listed blood biomarkers, with units. The supported age input is 20–85. Missing tests are not estimated. The unit guide beside the form explains common spellings.
No. The Northline Clinic image is a fixed synthetic example, marked DRAFT. Your calculator output appears only in the calculator result section. The sample image does not update with your values.
This public calculator has no upload or OCR feature. Enter numeric values manually. The private clinic preview is a separate development surface and does not imply that PDF ingestion, clinical deployment or clinic registration is available.
The calculator and clinic brief run in your browser. This page does not send their values to an API, add analytics, or store them in cookies, local storage or a database. Refreshing the page starts a new session; browser autofill or session restoration may behave according to your browser settings.
When you load the site, the hosting service necessarily receives ordinary web requests. This notice describes this page's behavior and does not make a claim about the hosting provider's retention policy. The private workspace uses separate sign-in and data handling.
Downloaded briefs and printed estimates are files you choose to retain on your device. External links open another service with its own policies. Do not enter names, contact details or other patient identifiers here.
This calculator is an engineering implementation of the linked published method. It is provided for exploration and discussion, without an individual clinical interpretation. Input acceptance is a software rule and does not establish suitability for a medical purpose.
Check all source values and units. Do not use this output alone to diagnose a condition, change medication or treatment, or infer that an intervention worked. The clinic preview and sample report do not represent a live clinical service, a regulatory certification or a contract for service.
